Cric Ex Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Users

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing a bet on cric ex, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you are using cric ex on behalf of any other person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that both of you accept full responsibility for compliance.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the cric ex platform including cricket betting, PSL betting, sports betting, esports betting, Andar Bahar live games, the VIP Club, and the live cricket score service. Separate product-specific rules may apply to individual games or promotions — those rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference and carry equal weight.

Cric ex reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or on-site notification.

To register and use cric ex you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Cric ex is a strictly 18+ platform and we take underage gambling seriously.
• You must be registering for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active cric ex account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid Pakistan mobile number.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement or any similar restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on cric ex or comparable platforms.

Cric ex may ask you to verify your identity at any point. This may include submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or a selfie with your ID. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable period may be suspended and withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms. Cric ex will close any account found to have been registered with false details and will forfeit any balance in that account where fraud is suspected.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cric ex login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Cric ex will never ask you for your password through any channel including email, chat or telephone.

• Do not share your cric ex account credentials with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your cric ex account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Enable two-factor authentication for an additional layer of protection.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact cric ex support immediately via the live chat or email.

Cric ex accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. We will investigate all reports of suspected unauthorised access promptly and may temporarily freeze an account while an investigation is underway to protect the account holder.

All transactions on cric ex are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit on cric ex is Rs 200 per transaction.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your cric ex wallet within seconds.
• Bank transfers (IBFT) may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing times.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.
• Cric ex does not charge processing fees on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are your responsibility.

Cric ex reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit that appears unusual in amount or frequency. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure and applies to all users equally.

You may request a withdrawal of your available cric ex balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to deposit on cric ex.
• Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 15 minutes during regular business hours. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before you can withdraw bonus-derived funds. Your real-money balance (funds deposited and not subject to wagering) can be withdrawn at any time.
• Cric ex may conduct additional identity verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is standard practice and not indicative of any problem with your account.
• Withdrawals to the same method used for the original deposit are preferred. Where this is not possible, cric ex will process to an alternative verified method in your name.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on cric ex across cricket, PSL, sports, esports and any other market we offer:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cric ex does not allow bet cancellations after confirmation except in the specific circumstances outlined in the relevant sport or game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed within the betting interface before you confirm a bet.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Cric ex cannot guarantee that in-play odds are current at the exact moment you click — there may be a brief delay between the displayed price and the accepted price.
• Cric ex reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of betting ("courtsiding") or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to that sport or competition. Details are available in the sport-specific rules section of the cric ex platform.
• Palpable error: If cric ex posts obviously incorrect odds due to a human or technical error, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at our discretion. We will communicate any such voidance clearly.

Cric ex promotes fair betting. Any attempt to exploit cric ex systems through arbitrage, matched betting at promotional odds, or artificial manipulation of markets will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

Cric ex offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on cric ex welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless stated otherwise. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Market restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific markets (e.g., cricket, PSL, slots). Market eligibility is stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: You may hold one active bonus at a time on cric ex. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active will forfeit the previous bonus if it has not yet been completed.
• Abuse: Cric ex monitors for bonus abuse including the opening of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. Any such activity will result in all bonuses being voided and the relevant accounts closed.
• Right to withdraw: Cric ex reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of claiming.

The cric ex VIP Club operates on a four-tier system: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Membership is automatic — you begin earning VIP points from your first real-money bet on cric ex.

• VIP points accumulate based on wagering activity across all cric ex products.
• Tier upgrades are reviewed monthly based on points accumulated in the preceding 30 days.
• Benefits at each tier — including cashback percentages, reload bonuses and withdrawal limits — are described in the VIP Club section of the cric ex platform. These benefits may be updated by cric ex from time to time.
• Cric ex reserves the right to downgrade or remove VIP status from accounts found to be in breach of these Terms or the VIP Club rules, including but not limited to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cric ex and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using cric ex to launder money or to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Placing bets using information that is not in the public domain (insider information) in relation to sporting events.
• Colluding with other players or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets or live games on cric ex.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the cric ex platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs or system vulnerabilities in the cric ex platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match fixing or corrupt activity in connection with events offered on cric ex.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing cric ex staff or other users through any channel.

Cric ex operates a zero-tolerance policy on all of the above. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice to the account holder and accounts may be frozen during an investigation.

Cric ex reserves the right to close or suspend any account at our discretion, including but not limited to accounts that have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Been involved in fraudulent, deceptive or criminal activity.
• Failed to complete required identity verification.
• Remained inactive (no login or betting activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed by cric ex due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct. In cases of simple inactivity, cric ex will make reasonable efforts to return the balance to the account holder before formal closure.

Cric ex provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cric ex shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business arising from your use of the cric ex platform.
• Betting losses arising from reliance on live score data, odds or any other information displayed on cric ex.
• Service interruptions, delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet outages, power failures or third-party service provider issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms limits cric ex's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law. If you believe cric ex has acted improperly, you may submit a formal complaint through our support channel and we will investigate within 5 working days.

Your use of cric ex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• Your data is never sold to third parties.
• All data is processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data held by cric ex.

If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using cric ex and request account closure if necessary.
